Luis E. Marrero

He is a Realtor® and a Notary Signing Agent member of the Osceola Realtor Board, 123notary, and the National Notary Association. Has been serving central Florida since 1999. Luis moved to Sebring, Florida at a young age in 1986, where he grew up, he is originally from Aguadilla Puerto Rico. Luis loves everything Florida has to offer, The culture, The beaches, Its People and the Beautiful homes, he is proud to call himself a Florida transplant.

His hobbies include studying the Bible, watching history documentaries and reading fact-finding books. He is a truth-seeker...lots of reading. He appreciates honesty from people as much as he gives it himself. He also enjoys being at the beach and many of the Florida nature parks, listening to the water, it is where he reflects in how beautiful this State is. Luis loves all sorts of music genres...primarily listen to Christian music, "hair bands", he also has classical, country and folk music in his collection. He truly enjoys helping others and the community, he has sponsors youth sport, city events and loves to work with a charity organization, he is also fluent in Spanish.

Luis's has been a Notary Public for many years and has done 100's of loan closing, notarizations, and business partnerships. He has worked for many Florida Realtors, Title companies and lawyers to get their documents notarized and has represented them as if it was his company at the signing table.
